Meta's ART platform serves as the central hub for employee learning, development planning, and performance management. The existing interface was dated, had low engagement, and wasn't keeping pace with how employees actually work and learn.
approach
Led the redesign from research through prototype delivery. Conducted user interviews across engineering, design, and operations teams to map pain points. Built a component-based design system, reimagined the information architecture, and delivered an interactive prototype that was tested with 50+ employees before handoff to engineering.

Owned the vision and execution of the redesign, presenting directly to VP-level stakeholders for buy-in. Coordinated with the ART engineering team on technical feasibility, the L&D team on content strategy, and the design systems team for component alignment. Navigated competing priorities across multiple orgs to keep the project on track.
