Amazon Flex drivers needed comprehensive safety training that was engaging enough to actually retain. Traditional documentation and static training materials had low completion and retention rates.

Created Amazon's first interactive training video-animation format — an 8-episode certification program covering 30 safety topics. Built and delivered through a custom LMS integrated directly into the driver app for just-in-time access.
